2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. HIKO reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
Secure online payment / payment on site. Accepted methods: at the restaurant (dine-in and takeaway collection): cash and bank card; on delivery: cash, meal vouchers (titres-restaurant) and chèques-vacances.
4. Delivery / collection
Terms and lead times: takeaway: order online, collect at the restaurant; delivery: order online, subject to the delivery area and conditions shown when ordering; delivery is also available via the Deliveroo platform, subject to that platform's conditions.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
